- Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, 2003 or XP
- 64 MB RAM (95,98,ME), 128 MB RAM (2000, 2003, XP)
- No special soundcard, just Windows compatible. We haven't found one that does not work with DRS 2006.
- Hard Disk. As much as you need for your audio files. DRS 2006 itself needs about 18 MB. Mp3 files take about 1 MB per minute.
- Graphic card which is able to transmit a resolution of 1024x768 by using 16 million colors (almost all do this)
- DirectX 9 (free download)
- Windows Media Player 9 (free download)
- Optional 100 MBit network adapter
